The transport cost is included inside your payment. One contribution towards logistics § shipment fees, is added at your order. You will have no transport costs to pay at the delivery.

We have chosen to indicate standard prices in Euro (€) (particular's sale). If you prefer to know and pay in your local currency, let us know, we will to give you information.  

The selling prices are available for a short term at the time you realize your order. They could change according substantial variation of different foreign factors.

We will give you our trust, after some further information, to pay after the delivery. The payment online isn't available for a large part of Africa. So you can pay by bank transfer or other money transfer’s services.

 

We let us take information about mode and transfer's fees with with your bank or post office. The marked prices are net of VAT. At the delivery, you have to pay VAT at the rate in application in your country, The paiement of VAT will be required at the delivery. In the parcel will be attached the invoice. For most of the delivery countries, handicraft or natural products coming from Africa are free of custom fees. But, we invit you to ask your custom services.

 

Nevertheless for order superior to 200 euros (€), so our trust agreement, we propose you to deduct of your initial invoice, the portion higher than 33% of the custom and VTA fees you will pay at delivery (except ewq presentation costs) (the proof is to send us by e-mail or scan).     
Before shipping it will be always possible to cancel or modify your order.

 

At the moment of shipping you will be informed. If the product don’t suit you because it is not in compliance with your order or it is dammaged, we don’t preconise the return  considering the distance, but we commit us for refund you at all or in one part in accordance with the motive and the proof (pictures,…).

 
So privacy policy, we commit us don’t forward customer’s e-mail adresses to other persons or businesses.
Considering our fair trade charter, we will pay 5% of buying price at an aid association in the craft villages or reforestation funds.
